Count what you have and see what is about to expire

The inventory module is built for a physical count on a tablet or laptop: search an ingredient, enter the quantity on hand, and save the count in one pass. 86MISE then compares that count with theoretical stock and surfaces expiry risk.

Physical counts with unsaved-change protection

Each ingredient card shows current stock, unit, last count, and a numeric field. You can save many counted items together. If you try to leave with unsaved quantities, 86MISE asks you to keep counting or discard the changes.

Theoretical stock and variance

Every inventory record stores quantity on hand, quantity theoretical, variance, and variance percentage. Counts also keep who counted, when, and optional notes.

Expiry and TCS alerts

Lots can carry received date, expiry date, lot number, and TCS prep date. Alerts use CRITICAL, WARNING, OK, and NONE levels, plus an expired badge. Urgent items are spoiled or expiring today; attention items are approaching expiry.

Tied to the rest of the operation

The dashboard summarizes low stock and expiring-soon counts. Receiving a purchase order updates inventory instead of leaving a second notebook of “what arrived.”
